Baton Rouge Mathematics Tutor News

Baton Rouge Mathematics Tutor offers tutoring in mathematics to students in all grades 3 - 12 and to students in College Algebra (incl. any necessary remedial courses), Trigonometry, and first year Calculus for Technical or Business Students (with or without transcendental functions.)

We can help your child make sense of Eureka Math, and the Common Core Mathematics Standards and the Louisiana State Standards for Mathematics. Please be aware that the farther behind your child gets, the more difficult it will be to get him or her back on track. Also, please see the new requirements for success on the Algebra I and Geometry LEAP 2025 (end of course) assessments.

Tutoring prices are $25.00 per hour, with a 10% reduction for 10 pre-paid hours ($225.00.) You will have until after the second hour of tutoring to decide if you wish to take advantage of this offer. If you do decide to prepay, you will then owe $175.00 for the remaining 8 hours. We take cash, check, and all credit and debit cards. Payment via PayPal and Venmo is also possible.

SUMMER MATH-FACTS-CAMP

We WILL be holding our Summer Math Facts Camp for students in grades 3 - 6 beginning in June 2018, and as always, we are offering our World Famous, 100% Ironclad, Complete Success, Period! or All Your Money Back Guarantee. The camps meets 12 times over 6 weeks for 75 minutes each meeting at a cost of only $320.00. (We do not meet the week of July 4th so that everyone can celebrate my cousin's birthday!) We will have three groups, with a maximum of 10 students per group. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve enrollment. (NOTICE: deposit is non-refundable after Friday, May 29, 2018.)

NOTICE

I am actively recruiting an experienced Certified Elementary Grades teacher to act as an assistant. The pay is $2115.00 for the 36 meetings, plus 2 hours of training ($45.00 per hour), paid in two installments. All meetings are scheduled "some time" between Monday and Thursday, and between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, depending on the preference of enrolled students' parents. My assistant must be able to maintain a fast pace for the entire 75 minutes.
